MatchDayAccreditation is our virtual press office and accreditation product that provides a one-stop shop for journalists, photographers, broadcasters and other media where they can access protected content (such as logos, media guides and statistics), subscribe to press releases and apply for event accreditation for multiple matches at multiple venues through an automated, online registration process.

MatchDayAccreditation is seamlessly integrated with dynamic content such as match preview, reports and statistics. The assigning of match day accreditation is all processed through email requiring nothing more from the venue manager than an approving tick in the box. Each event has a registration deadline, after which time accreditation requests can be recorded but are flagged as late, while approving or rejecting hundreds of requests at a time is quick and easy.

Once the accredited list has been finalised, administrators can export the full details of accredited journalists and the necessary files containing the corresponding photos for use on printed passes.

The MatchDayAccreditation system is totally flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of other areas of your business such as providing accreditation for attendees at events and conference registration as well as volunteer management and the whole system can be delivered in multiple languages.
